SKYLINE R32 PROJECTORS INTO AN S14
So one of my least favorite things about the S14 240sx is the dull looking headlights, and the lack of any aftermarket support in that department, but luckily there is a cure for those dazed eyes.  The use of R32 Skyline headlights

Here is a side by side comparison, you can clearly see the difference of the projector on the R32 headlight, and you will also notice that the lights themselves are very similar in size and mounting location.
Although the mounting locations are similar, they are not the same.  You will only be able to use one of the inside mounting locations and for the rear mounting you will have you make an "L" shaped bracket to make use of the factory S14 mounting location on the core support.  The bracket pictured is made using "plumbers tape" but you can easily bend a piece of steel and paint it black to match.

The facory bulbs on the R32 connect to the wiring harness via one connector, opposed to on the S14 where the harness connects to the bulbs themselves  individually.  All you need to do is splice the s14 harness and connect it to the R32 harness.  But remember to use a plug inbetween or the headlights will be mounted for life without the option of easy removal.

As you can see the difference between the factory S14 headlights and the R32 Skyline headlights is night and day!
