Stealthy Nitrous Installation
As the title says cobrarstreetracr purchased Nitrous for the Integra!! And heres a somewhat step by step on how he did it!
Begining with a clean slate.
"DOC" trying to figure out where to put it. We decided to put it on the firewall on the passenger side.
Its mounted on the firewall with self tappers side.
After its atached to the firewall theres three wires. A red,black and white. The black one gets grounded somewhere cause its the ground. The Red one go's to your arming switch in side. and the the White one go's to the Throttle Position Sensor.
This is a diagram i made to help with the TPS. You use the White wire coming off the Box to the red wire that is on your TPS connector.
Next are the hoses. So like in the diagram its pretty much self explanitory. And the Nozzle one is your line that the Nitrous comes out of into your intake.
Heres me trying to find out where to mount the Nozzle. Its supposed to be 6''- 18'' away from the Throttle body. and make sure that the nozzle opening that the nitrouse comes out of is pointing torwards the throttle body so with the flow of the air.
Heres it being tapped out. You use a 1/16 NPT Tap and a Type C Drill bit.
Next is to run your Nitrous line from your bottle to the main unit. Heres me trying to figure out how to run it.
Because my car is lowered i needed a place to put it that it wouldnt get ripped off if i bottomed out so i ran it along the very edge of the car where theres a little metal flap thing.
Then i ran it under my rear seats through a hole i made and i put a grommit so it wouldnt hurt the line.
Then i had to figure out how and where to mount my Bottle. I decided to put it on the uper lip of the passenger side in the trunk.
Because it was a really tough and tight area i couldnt get a pen through to mark the holes so i used a Q-tip and some paint and marked it that way.
Here it is already to go.....or is it!
Ok so because i still go to school and everyone knows what a big blue bottle is so when i opened my trunck to get something out i didnt want everyone seeing. So Doc come up with a cool way to hide it. A BACKPACK!!! So now when ever i open my trunk all you see is a school backpack but really its a Nitrous bottle.

Heres where i put my Arming switch. Cause i wanted to be somewhat stealthy i whent to the junk yard and got another fog light switch and made it my new arming switch.
With the project Integra car, the idea was to wake up the b18 motor with a spray of the giggle juice. But to keep theft to a minimum and keep others guessing we wanted to install a near completely hiden installation!
